Welcome to the online Calontir Award Recommendation form.

All members of Calontir are encouraged to send in award recommendations for those members of the populace that they believe are worthy of recognition.

You may wish to see Awards of the Kingdom of Calontir. It includes a list of awards given in Calontir.

Please review the online Order of Precedence before making an award recommendation. It is helpful to help make sure your recommendation has not already been conferred.

You have two options for submitting your award recommendation:

Print out a blank Award Recommendation form. Please fill it out and and deliver it to Their Majesties.
Send your award recommendation to Their Majesties directly via e-mail by filling out the online form below. Please complete all fields, then press the “submit form” button.
